Sandrine Bouchard
Graduated in physical rehabilitation techniques since 2011, I have always been passionate about the power of movement and its impact on recovery and overall well-being. What motivates me every day is accompanying my patients in their rehabilitation and seeing them gradually regain their autonomy and self-confidence.
My approach is based on attentive listening and personalized treatment adaptation for each patient. I have developed expertise in myofascial therapy, a technique aimed at releasing tensions and restoring mobility by working on the fascia. This method allows me to provide my patients with effective and lasting relief. I enjoy taking the time to fully understand their challenges to offer them practical and efficient solutions. For me, every small progress is a victory and a source of motivation. My advice to patients is simple: listen to your body and adopt a progression that suits your rhythm. Every effort counts, and consistency is the key to restoring and maintaining good physical health.
Outside of work, sports occupy a central place in my life. I practice ringette, basketball, running, and hiking—activities that allow me to stay active and fuel my energy on a daily basis.
I am convinced that physiotherapy is not just about treating an injury but about giving each individual the pleasure of moving freely and pain-free. My commitment is to help my patients towards an active and balanced lifestyle.
