Ariane Ouellet
Graduating with a Master’s in Physiotherapy from Université Laval in 2020, I am driven by a deep desire to help others. My client-centered approach places empathy at the heart of each session, creating an environment of trust and support where everyone feels heard and understood.
What excites me daily is the diversity of challenges my profession offers: each patient represents a unique story to guide toward well-being. This variety continuously enriches my practice and fuels my desire to make a concrete and positive difference in people’s lives. I have a particular interest and expertise in managing shoulder pathologies, a field in which I continue to enhance my knowledge to provide my patients with ever-more tailored care.
A passionate enthusiast of sports such as running, spinning, hiking, and long walks, I love sharing these interests with my patients to encourage them to discover the pleasure of movement and the benefits of an active lifestyle.
If I could offer one piece of advice to all those wishing to preserve their long-term health, it would be to keep moving regularly, as long as possible, because every movement counts in maintaining the vitality of both body and mind.
For me, supporting patients means inspiring each person to become an active participant in their own well-being.
